I’m Alana Cheeks-Lomax a strategist, executive advisor, and Co-Founder of Untold Impact, a boutique advisory firm that helps organizations transform Cultural Intelligence into strategic advantage

My career spans close to 20 years across sectors: from nonprofit to strategy consulting at Deloitte, to shaping global inclusion initiatives at Microsoft, to launching Cash App’s first-ever Global Inclusion & Diversity function as their Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer-building programs that reached 4,000+ employees across 3 continents.

Today I partner with brands, organizations, and leaders who recognize the world we live in today requires new ways of working and innovative approaches to some of the world’s most complex problems.
